Mounting hardware has been eliminated in the OMEGA SPJ-style panel-mount thermocouple sockets by including retaining spring clips as part of the body design. A small tab and notch are provided to maintain straight, even rows without the need for precision matching. SPJ connectors are also designed for use with Pt100 and thermistors, select uncompensated type U.
SPJ nylon thermocouple sockets accept any standard size (round pins) and any miniature size (flat pins) thermocouple plugs and are available with IEC or ANSI colour-coding for thermocouple type.
